Data controller
F.P.A. S.r.l., which runs the Trigomigo business and brand, registered office at Via Anguillarese 83, 00061 Anguillara Sabazia (RM), Italy, VAT no. 09711221003. Email: info@trigomigostudio.com.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and the text of your message. For technical and security reasons, the server hosting the site also logs the IP address and the time of each visit.
Why we use it
We use the form data only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box on the form (art. 6.1.a). Technical data is used to protect the site from abuse and attacks (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).
How we handle it and for how long
Your message reaches our mailbox and is not stored in any database on the site. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. To block automated submissions, the server keeps an anonymous one-hour count of submissions per IP address.
Who can see it
Only us. The site and email are hosted by Aruba S.p.A., which acts as data processor and stores the data in Italy. We do not sell or pass your data on to third parties.
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools, and the fonts are loaded from our own server, without external services. That is why there is no cookie banner. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp lead to external sites, which have their own privacy policies.
On the contact page you can see our location on Google Maps. The map does not load by itself: only if you press "Show the map" does your browser connect to Google (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your IP address and may use its own cookies, under its privacy policy. Pressing the button counts as consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR); if you don't press it, nothing is sent to Google.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to receive it in a readable format or to object to its processing, and you can withdraw your consent. Just write to info@trigomigostudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
